VACUUM FURNACE

 The GWL series range of GWL-VSF high vacuum atmosphere furnaces made of silicon carbide rod or silicon molybdenum rod with high purity refractory materials, Equip with refrigerator to ensure the cooling requirements.

  The standard chamber dimension is from 200*150*150 MM to 800*500*500 MM, The special request can be customized.

Technical details

  Inside the chamber, heating elements are possibly customized base on customer required positioned at the loading platform, left, right, and top sides of the furnace chamber allowing for improved temperature uniformity. For larger volumes, Multi-face heating can maintain excellent temperature uniformity. 

  The heating element long-term working temperature will change during the different atmosphere, more details please confirm with us before order.
