It is primarily a high-temperature resistant material composed of a composite of alumina and zirconia. Depending on the zirconia content, it is generally classified as 25# and 40#. The bulk density is generally above 4.0g/cm3, with a maximum operating temperature of 1800℃. It exhibits strong high-temperature stability and can be used normally at 1750℃ for extended periods. It has extremely high thermal stability and can be used multiple times in rapid cooling and heating environments. Additionally, it possesses resistance to melt erosion and strong mechanical properties.
