The GWDL-1600YS lifting-type high-temperature electric furnace is a high-performance heat treatment equipment designed for harsh industrial environments. The efficient dual-station design is integrated with a sturdy and reliable industrial structure. The maximum operating temperature of this equipment reaches 1600℃, and the long-term operating temperature can reach 1550℃. It is suitable for advanced ceramics, hard alloys, glass, and quartz industries. The furnace chamber adopts a left, middle, and right three-zone independent temperature control system, combined with high-precision B-type thermocouples, ensuring that the temperature uniformity in the 4000 * 800 * 800mm large-sized working chamber space is stable within ±15℃, with a temperature control accuracy of up to ±1℃, effectively guaranteeing process repeatability and product consistency.

Equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen, it supports multiple programmed curves and can monitor and record all operating parameters in real time. The control system has a high degree of intelligence, is easy to operate, and significantly reduces labor costs.

The innovative dual-station (dual material platform) configuration supports electric entry and exit and hydraulic lifting. This design enables parallel operations of loading, heating, and cooling processes, significantly reducing waiting time and greatly improving the efficiency and continuity of batch production.
