About:

The principle is to oxidize the organic matter in the waste gas into the corresponding carbon dioxide and water at high temperature, so as to purify the waste gas, and recover the heat released when the waste gas is decomposed. The decomposition efficiency of the waste gas in the three-chamber series VOC purification furnace is more than 99%, and the heat recovery efficiency is more than 95%.

Working principle

The principle is to heat the organic exhaust gas to 760 degrees Celsius (depending on the composition), so that the VOC in the exhaust gas is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water in oxidation. The high temperature gas generated by oxidation flows through the special ceramic heat accumulator, which heats up the ceramic and "accumulates heat", which is used to preheat the incoming organic waste gas. Thus saving the heating consumption of exhaust gas heating. Ceramic regenerator should be divided into two (including two) more than, each regenerator in turn through heating - heat release - cleaning and other procedures, cycle, continuous work. After the "heat release" of the regenerator, an appropriate amount of clean air should be introduced immediately to clean the regenerator (to ensure that the VOC removal rate is above 98%), and the "heat storage" procedure can only be entered after the cleaning is completed. Otherwise, the residual VOCs are discharged to the chimney with the flue gas, which reduces the treatment efficiency.
