MUFFLE FURNACE

  Oven shell is generally made of thin steel plate and the surface is painted. The studio is made of high quality structural steel plate. Aluminum silicate fibers are filled between the shell and the studio. The heater can be installed on the bottom or on the top or both sides. Temperature control instrument adopts digital display intelligent meter.

  GWDL can customize the racks according to the size and number of customer saggers, as well as customize the automatic production.

  The furnace is normally used under 400 degrees centigrade. Oven temperature is generally below 400 degrees Celsius. Higher temperature requirements can also be customized.
