压力保护 / Pressure Protection为了防止炉膛排气口关闭,排气口堵塞,炉膛压力过大产生危险,特别设计此系统。原理:由电接点压力表或者压力传感器获得信号,驱动控制模块关闭电磁进气阀,启动电磁排气阀和报警器,使压力从排气口释放,并触发报警器报警。从而保护电炉的正常运行 / To prevent hazards from closed furnace exhaust port, blocked exhaust, or excessive furnace pressure, this system is specially designed. Principle: A signal from an electric contact pressure gauge or pressure sensor drives the control module to close the solenoid intake valve, activate the solenoid exhaust valve and alarm, releasing pressure from the exhaust port and sounding the alarm. This protects the furnace's normal operation.
气体泄漏报警 / Gas Leak Alarm根据所选用气体,避免发生泄漏;作用:气体泄漏报警控制器检测室内空气中的管路、危险性等气体的浓度超过一定值时,驱动模块关闭电炉,关闭气源进气,开启排气口、排风等,从而获得更高、更安全的工作环境。(需客户选择) / Depending on the gas used, to prevent leaks: When the gas leak alarm controller detects the concentration of dangerous gases in the indoor air from pipelines, etc., exceeds a set value, it drives the module to shut down the furnace, close the gas intake, open the exhaust port and ventilation, etc., creating a safer working environment. 耐火材料 / Refractory Material炉体使用采用进口德国MESCHUPP真空成型高纯氧化铝纤维轻质板材料,取样物料承压板(炉底)采用高纯轻质空心氧化铝板,使用温度高,蓄热量小,耐急冷急热,不裂缝,不粉化,保温性能好(节能效果是老式电炉的80%以上) / Furnace body uses imported German MESCHUPP vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight board. The material support plate (furnace bottom) uses high-purity lightweight hollow alumina board, featuring high service temperature, low heat storage, resistance to thermal shock, no cracking, no powdering, and good insulation (Energy saving effect is over 80% compared to old furnaces).

控制 / Control采用闭环技术可控硅模块触发控制,控制模块触发控制使输出电压、电流或功率平滑跟随设定曲线,具有恒电压、恒电流或恒功率的特性,电流为内环,电压或功率为外环,在实现负载电压或负载电流超过额定值时,限制调整管的输出电流在额定电流范围内,确保发热元件正常工作;同时电压或功率参与调节,使调压器的输出电流被限制在额定电流范围内,在有余量调节余量的前提下维持输出电流及电压或功率的恒定,从而达到保护发热元件避免过大电流、电压的冲击,达到安全可靠的控制效果及控制精度,详见电炉说明书 / Uses closed-loop technology with thyristor module trigger control. This control method allows the output voltage/current or power to smoothly follow the set curve. It has constant voltage, constant current, or constant power characteristics. Current serves as the inner loop, voltage/power as the outer loop. When the load voltage or current exceeds the rated value, it limits the output current to within the rated range, ensuring normal operation of the heating elements. Simultaneously, voltage/power participates in regulation, limiting the output current of the voltage regulator within the rated range, maintaining constant output current and voltage/power when sufficient regulation margin exists. This protects heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact, achieving safe, reliable control and high accuracy. See furnace manual for details.

多条曲线输入 / Multi-curve Input30段(可定制50段)程序控制功能,可以输入设定:一条曲线为30段,两条曲线14段/条,三条曲线10段/条,五条曲线6段/条;可同时输入多条曲线,使用时可任意调用。 / 30-segment (customizable to 50 segments) program control function. Setting examples: one curve with 30 segments; two curves with 14 segments each; three curves with 10 segments each; five curves with 6 segments each.
