Mass Flowmeter Hydrogen Reduction Small Rotary Kiln

  GWDL tilted small rotary kiln, a reform on the original small rotary kiln structure, special-shaped furnace tube is used to improve material in the tube fill rate, use the mass flowmeter and hydrogen content detector, respectively for multi-channel gas monitoring, and integrated with exhaust gas firing device, hydrogen can be automatically ignite exhaust emission process. Temperature measuring thermocouple in tube can conveniently monitor the temperature in furnace tube and accurately control the temperature.

  The furnaces are suitable for continuous material processing or batch material production. Residence time in the heated zone depends on the degree of inclination and the rotating speed (which can be controlled by the customer) and the length of the working tube, in addition to the flow properties of the material. 

  The single-zone and multi-zone have a maximum operating temperature of 950 °C(Depends on the material of furnace tube (310S stainless steel as an example)). All models are available with maximum heated lengths of either 9000 mm or 12000 mm. The angle of inclination can be easily adjusted between horizontal and 30°.

  • Single or 3-zone models or multiple heating zones

  • Adjustable inclination and rotation speeds offer the flexibility of residence time

  • Work tube rotation speed 1.5 to 10.0 revolutions per minute

  • 5-liter capacity vibratory feeder and hopper

  • Vacuum degree maximum can be -0.1Mpa

Options (specify these at time of order)

  • 5-liter capacity heavy duty vibratory feeder and hopper(Capacity can be customized)

  • Quartz (up to 1200 °C) or metallic (up to 800 °C) work tubes or alumina tube(up to 1600 °C)

  • Inert gas packages available on request

  • Flow monitoring mode and Tail gas treatment mode can be customized
