TUBE FURNACE

 The range of GWL Three temperature zone tube furnaces with gas control cabinet offers the benefits of simultaneous heating and mixing of the sample, in addition to the use of an inert atmosphere. 

  The single zone and 3-zone split tube furnaces have a maximum operating temperature of 1700 °C. 

  The system is specially made to prevent the danger of closure of the exhaust port, the blockage of the exhaust port and the excessive pressure of the furnace tube. The signal is obtained by the electric contact pressure meter or pressure sensor then the drive control module will close the electromagnetic inlet valve and starts the electromagnetic exhaust valve and the alarm. to ensure the furnace can be used properly and safely.

  Base on gas atmosphere, to prevent the gas leak；Gas leakage alarm detected (indoor) air toxic,   dangerous and other gas content exceeds a certain value, then the drive control module will shut-down the furnace, closes the inlet valve and open the air exhaust, to get the better and safer working environment.

• Single zone models fitted with PID controller with the single ramp to setpoint

• Adjustable inclination and rotation speeds offer the flexibility of residence time

  5 liter capacity vibratory feeder and hopper
  

• The temperature controllers and associated equipment are housed within the integral control box

• Wire elements in high-quality vacuum formed insulation ensures fast heat up, excellent temperature uniformity and short cooldown times

• Vacuum degree can be -0.1Mpa

• Corundum (up to 1700℃) Quartz (up to 1200 °C) or metallic (up to 800 °C) work tubes
